Terms of Service

Last updated: May 7, 2026

1. Service Description

Opseer ("we", "us", "our") is a SaaS dashboard platform available at opseer.com. We provide unified statistics, automated daily reports, push delivery, team collaboration, and an external Push API for the databases (Supabase, Firebase, Neon), revenue platforms (AdMob, AdSense, Stripe, RevenueCat, Polar), notification channels (Slack, Discord, Telegram, Webhook), and push infrastructure (FCM) you voluntarily connect. By using Opseer, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Account Terms

  • You must sign up using email or Google to create an account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any connected tokens or keys.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.

3. Payment Terms

Opseer offers the following plans:

  • Free Plan: Limited features at no cost.
  • Starter Plan: Statistics/revenue alerts and push features for $9 per month, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
  • Plus Plan: Extended limits and features for $24 per month.
  • Max Plan: All features and the highest limits for $49 per month.

All payments are processed by Polar, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Billing, refunds, and payment disputes are handled in accordance with Polar's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the next billing date. You may cancel at any time; if you do, paid features remain available until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

The 7-day free trial on the Starter plan is offered once per new subscriber. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or connected systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
  • Use the service to transmit malicious code or harmful data.
  • Send push notifications without recipient consent or transmit spam-like messages.
  • Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent.

5. Push API Usage

When using the Push API through our external REST endpoint (api.opseer.com), you agree that:

  • Each issued API key is subject to a daily call quota based on your plan; calls beyond the quota will be rejected until the next day.
  • API key plaintext is shown only once at issuance and you are responsible for keeping it secure. If you suspect a key has been compromised, you must revoke it and reissue a new one immediately.
  • We reserve the right to revoke any key without prior notice if abuse is detected (spam delivery, malicious patterns, terms violations).
  • You are solely responsible for obtaining lawful recipient consent for any push notification delivered via our API.

6. Team Collaboration and Membership

When you invite others to a project as members, the following applies:

  • Projects use an Owner / Admin / Member role hierarchy with defined permission scopes.
  • Accepting an invitation constitutes your consent to access the project's data and the credentials of any external platforms connected to it.
  • The project Owner is responsible for inviting and removing members, adjusting permissions, and bears responsibility for any external-platform usage or charges resulting from member activity.
  • Collaboration limits such as team member count are tied to the Owner's plan; if the plan is downgraded, access for members exceeding the new limit may be restricted.

7. Data and Security

You retain full ownership of all data within the databases you connect (Supabase, Firebase, Neon, etc.). Opseer does not store your raw application data on our servers. Tokens and keys required to access external platforms are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and revenue data is cached as daily aggregates for up to 90 days. You are responsible for the data within your own projects and for complying with applicable data protection laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime or service level. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that temporarily affects availability, and outages on external platforms (Google, Stripe, RevenueCat, Polar, etc.) that prevent data retrieval are outside our scope of responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Opseer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, encrypted tokens and keys are deleted within 30 days, and any issued Push API keys are revoked immediately. Any prepaid fees for the current billing period are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
