Introduction

Learn what Opseer is and how it helps you manage your services.

Last updated: 2026-05-18

Opseer is an all-in-one service operations dashboard for developers and small teams. Connect your platforms — Supabase, Firebase, AdMob, AdSense, Stripe, RevenueCat, Polar, and more — and manage everything from a single dashboard.

What can you do with Opseer?

  • Collect daily stats automatically from your connected databases
  • Receive daily reports via Slack, Discord, Telegram, or Webhook
  • Send push notifications to your app users (topic, token, scheduled)
  • Manage Firebase Auth users, Firestore documents, and Remote Config
  • Monitor Cloud Functions logs in real-time
  • Browse and edit your Supabase data tables
  • Manage Supabase Auth Users, view Edge Functions and Cron Jobs
  • Unified revenue tracking — AdMob & AdSense (ads) + Stripe (web payments / subscriptions) + RevenueCat (mobile IAP) + Polar (checkout)
  • Collaborate with your team using role-based permissions

How it works

1

Create a project

Sign up and create your first project in the Opseer dashboard.

2

Connect platforms

Add your Supabase, Firebase, or other platform credentials.

3

Configure stats

Set up which metrics to collect using the visual query builder.

4

Enable alerts

Choose your notification channels and set your preferred time.

5

Sit back

Opseer collects stats and sends reports automatically every day.

  • Neon — Postgres connection string + Neon Management API (Branches / Compute / Databases / Auth / Security / Snapshots, read-only)

Revenue platforms (5)

  • AdMob — Mobile ad revenue tracking and daily reports
  • AdSense — Web ad revenue tracking and daily reports
  • Stripe — One Restricted Key tracks daily Net Revenue, charges, refunds, active subscriptions, and MRR
